The Lammas/Lughnasadh ritual will be on Saturday the 25th at 6pm at
Newell Park 900 N. Fairview Ave St. Paul 51116 it also adjoins Pierce
Butler Route and is four blocks west of Snelling. If you can bring
plates and cups/chalices for yourself that would be great. Hope to see

Also we have scheduled our September meeting for Sunday the 9th at the
usual 2-4pm at  J & S Bean Factory 1342 Thomas Ave St. Paul at the
corner of Hamline & Thomas.

Happy Summer Solstice everyone! We had a wonderful midsummer picnic in Como Park today.

Our July meetings are going to be on Sunday, July 15th and Sunday July 29th. We will start making Lughnasadh plans on the 15th. It will be of course at the same time and place, 2-4 pm, J S Bean Factory in St. Paul, MN.

We have finally decided on our name: Wild Rice Protogrove.

Wild rice is a plant that is unique to the Minnesota area and it is very sacred and an important food source for the Ojibwe people who are native here, so we thought it well embodied the spirit we want to convey in our name.

Our next meeting will be on Sunday, June 10th at the usual time and place 2-4pm at J S Bean Factory in St. Paul. We will be making plans for Summer Solstice.

 The next ADF Minnesota Protogrove meeting will be on Sunday May 27th at J & S Bean Factory from 2:00 pm to 4pm. Parking is in back. J & S is located at 1342 Thomas Ave. St Paul, 55105- at the corner of Thomas & Hamline Avenues.

Agenda: We will be deciding on our grove's name. While newcomers are welcome, those who have been to meetings before will have more say in the name. (Seems only fair to me...)                     We will also be making Summer Solstice plans.
